These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "you") and paytime ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of all services provided at paytime.asia. paytime currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. paytime reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods, minimum amounts, and processing times at any time upon reasonable notice to players.
Deposits made via GCash or PayMaya are credited to your paytime balance instantly under normal operating conditions. Games and content provided by third-party game studios are subject to those studios' own terms, conditions, and technical limitations. paytime accepts no liability for game malfunctions, errors, or unavailability attributable to third-party game providers beyond the remedies available to paytime under its agreements with those providers.
paytime reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time if paytime reasonably believes that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) your account activity poses a risk of financial crime, money laundering, or fraud; (c) you have provided false or misleading information; (d) you have engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7; or (e) regulatory requirements compel account restriction or closure.
Upon closure of your paytime account, any remaining real-money balance (net of any amounts subject to forfeiture under these Terms) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of applicable KYC and AML verification requirements. Bonus balances and bonus-related winnings that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
